The Welcome Sign was beautifully made, and delivered promptly. Purchased the printed standard poster and it was securely shipped in a big flat box along with bubbles wrap and air packs. Our designer, Sandy, was very responsive to all questions during the entire process. The order was placed on Thursday morning, Sandy emailed the proof to me for review after a few hours, revised per my request within ten minutes of receiving my email, and shipped the poster the next day.
