Amazing customer experience!

I spent a long time exploring memorial cards online. I found the perfect poem background, and photo idea here. Fig and Laurel was able to customize the card both in the wording, the photo setting, and add the obituary to the back side of the card. I ordered the printed cards as well as the pdf version, and my change in order amount was accommodated readily. The printed card material is the perfect blend of sturdy, soft and light. The crisp details of the photos and print is exquisite. Seriously, I am blown away by the customer service and the quality of the work. Ever grateful for your help in a difficult task.
