How It Works

Placing an order and what to expect.
Placing an Order
To order, simply place the item(s) into your cart. Please provide all of the wording exactly as you would like it to read on each design so that we may customize them for you. If you have additional notes for the designer, simply add them to the box at checkout. Select your quantity for each and once you have your complete design order ready, you can then checkout.

Just like most online shopping experiences, you'll be asked to either submit a credit card number during checkout or select paypal as an option to provide payment. Your card will be charged at that time and you should see that reflected on your account within the next day or two. We do ask that you submit an order before prepare a digital proof for your design, so you will be asked to make a payment before you see the finished product.
Turn Around Times
Your order will be immediately sent to the designer who will now begin your proofs. Each product will be personalized with your wording and professionally typeset into a pdf file for you to review. A proof will be emailed to the email address you provided when setting up your account within 24 hours. You will have the opportunity to review the digital proofs for errors and make edits to the wording as needed. The edited revision will then be sent to your email for review and finalization. If you are printing on your own, you will receive file specifications to provide to your printer. If we are printing, we will need your approval for the order to be printed. Once you have approved your proofs the order will immediately go to print.

Standard printing takes (2) business days and then your items will be shipped. Please see our shipping charts for standard shipping timelines to your state.

We want you to feel confident and comfortable planning the Celebration of Life for your loved one. Please know that customer service is our number one priority.
